01 / Acceptance

Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using NOSCLTR, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies or notices published on the website.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the website, newsletter forms, submission forms, support pages and related NOSCLTR services.

NOSCLTR may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

02 / Editorial nature

Information, analysis and opinion

NOSCLTR is an independent motorsport culture and journalism platform. Our content may include news-analysis, features, opinion, commentary, essays, cultural coverage, visual material, interviews, references to third-party reporting, and motorsport-related editorial work.

Editorial content is provided for information, commentary and cultural discussion. It should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, technical, safety, investment, motorsport licensing, vehicle modification or commercial advice.

Opinions expressed in articles may belong to the relevant author, contributor or editorial voice. Analysis and opinion should not be read as official statements from racing teams, governing bodies, manufacturers, drivers, brands or third-party organisations unless clearly stated.

03 / Website use

Permitted and prohibited use

You may use NOSCLTR for lawful personal, editorial, informational and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, inject malicious code, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, or use the platform in a way that harms NOSCLTR, its readers, contributors, systems or reputation.

  • Do not copy, reproduce or republish NOSCLTR content without permission.
  • Do not submit content that infringes copyright, privacy, confidentiality, publicity or other legal rights.
  • Do not use NOSCLTR to promote illegal street racing, unsafe driving, unlawful vehicle modification or conduct that endangers people or property.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, disrupt website functionality or misuse contact/submission/newsletter forms.
  • Do not falsely claim association with NOSCLTR, its authors, contributors, Grid roles, Talent Network, partners or events.

04 / Newsletter

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe to the NOSCLTR newsletter, you agree to receive editorial updates, category-specific updates, publication notes, support updates, announcements and related communication from NOSCLTR.

Newsletter frequency may vary. Subscription does not create a reader account, membership account, paid relationship or contributor status unless a separate feature or agreement clearly says otherwise.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option in newsletter emails or by contacting NOSCLTR.
  • Category preferences may be used to decide which updates you receive.
  • NOSCLTR may pause, change, merge or discontinue newsletters at any time.
  • Newsletter delivery may depend on third-party email tools and your email provider’s settings.

05 / Submissions

Story ideas, articles and photography

NOSCLTR may accept story ideas, article pitches, full article submissions, photography, visual material, portfolio links or related editorial material. Submission does not guarantee publication, payment, contributor status, commissioning, response, acceptance or continued collaboration.

Guest Contributor and Guest Correspondent submissions are treated as one-off editorial submissions unless NOSCLTR separately confirms a regular Grid role or another written arrangement.

By submitting material, you confirm that you have the right to share it with NOSCLTR and that it does not knowingly infringe copyright, privacy rights, confidential information, publicity rights or other legal rights.

If NOSCLTR considers submitted material for publication, we may edit for clarity, structure, grammar, headline style, accuracy, legal safety, formatting, category fit and editorial consistency. Any payment, licensing, exclusivity, commissioning or contributor arrangement must be separately agreed in writing.

  • You remain responsible for the originality and legality of material you submit.
  • NOSCLTR may reject, archive, remove or decline submitted material at its discretion.
  • Submitted photographs or visuals must have proper permissions, credits and usage rights.
  • Do not submit confidential, private or embargoed material unless you are authorised to share it.

06 / NOSCLTR Grid

Grid roles, Talent Network and voluntary contributor opportunities

NOSCLTR Grid is a voluntary contributor and talent system for people interested in supporting NOSCLTR’s editorial, trackside coverage, research, social media, media production, community, event coordination, partnerships or future formal opportunities.

Unless a role is clearly described in writing as paid, employed, commissioned or formally contracted, Grid roles and Talent Network opportunities are voluntary contributor opportunities. Applying to NOSCLTR Grid, joining the Talent Network, being shortlisted, completing a first task, or being selected for a voluntary Grid role does not create employment, internship, agency, partnership, retainer, salary, benefits, permanent staff status or any guarantee of future paid work.

The regular voluntary role structure includes titles such as Desk Contributor and Desk Correspondent. Staff Contributor, Staff Correspondent, Senior Staff Contributor, Senior Staff Correspondent and similar staff titles are reserved for future formal roles and may only be used when NOSCLTR expressly confirms them in writing.

  • NOSCLTR may open, close, pause, change or remove Grid roles at any time.
  • Applications, Talent Network profiles and first tasks do not guarantee selection, publication, event access, contributor status, payment or continued collaboration.
  • NOSCLTR has final approval over all submitted work, article drafts, social content, media assets, community activity, event coordination, public communication and publication decisions.
  • Grid applicants and contributors must submit original work or properly credited material and must not submit content that infringes copyright, privacy, confidentiality, publicity or other legal rights.
  • Contributors may not represent NOSCLTR publicly, contact organisers on behalf of NOSCLTR, request media access, promise coverage, confirm collaborations, make financial commitments, or use NOSCLTR’s name, logo or identity without prior approval.
  • Any event, trackside, media or community activity connected to NOSCLTR must follow applicable law, venue rules, event rules, safety instructions and NOSCLTR’s approval requirements.
  • NOSCLTR may edit, reject, archive, remove, decline, withhold, repurpose or delay submitted material where necessary for editorial, legal, safety, brand, operational or quality reasons.

07 / Support & contributions

Supporting NOSCLTR

NOSCLTR may provide ways for readers to support independent motorsport publishing and community work through third-party fundraising platforms, payment links, UPI, bank transfer, campaigns or other contribution methods.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, contributions are voluntary support for NOSCLTR’s independent publishing and community work. They are not tax-deductible charitable donations unless specifically stated on the relevant campaign or payment page.

  • Contributions do not guarantee editorial influence, publication, advertising rights, partnership rights or special access.
  • Payment processing may be handled by third-party platforms subject to their own terms and policies.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law, required by the relevant payment platform, or separately agreed by NOSCLTR.
  • NOSCLTR may change, pause or remove support methods at any time.

08 / Intellectual property

Content ownership and permitted sharing

Unless otherwise stated, NOSCLTR’s original articles, design elements, branding, page layouts, text, graphics, logos, editorial formats, visual presentation and website content are owned by or licensed to NOSCLTR.

You may share links to NOSCLTR articles and quote short excerpts with proper credit and link attribution. You may not copy, republish, modify, sell, scrape, reproduce, translate, distribute or commercially exploit NOSCLTR content without permission.

Third-party names, logos, images, marks, racing series references, team references, manufacturer references and embedded media remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on NOSCLTR does not imply endorsement unless clearly stated.

09 / Third parties

External links, embeds and platforms

NOSCLTR may link to third-party websites, social platforms, media embeds, payment pages, fundraising campaigns, newsletters, analytics services, video platforms or external sources.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, terms, availability, security, payment handling or actions. You should review third-party terms and policies before using those services.

10 / Accuracy & corrections

Editorial accuracy

NOSCLTR aims to publish accurate, thoughtful and responsible editorial work. Motorsport information can change quickly, including regulations, contracts, calendar details, driver status, technical rules and official decisions.

If you believe an article contains a factual error, contact us with the article title, link, issue and supporting information. Verified corrections may be updated, clarified or noted according to NOSCLTR’s editorial judgment.

11 / Disclaimer & liability

Use at your own responsibility

NOSCLTR is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current or free from technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOSCLTR is not liable for losses arising from your use of the website, reliance on editorial content, third-party links, external platforms, payment providers, unavailable services, technical errors, unauthorised access or user-submitted material.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 / Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, unless a mandatory law in another jurisdiction applies. Any disputes will be handled by courts or authorities with proper jurisdiction under applicable law.
